BIOGRAPHY

Raghu Yabaluri is the Senior Managing Director and Global Fuels and Natural Gas Leader for the Infrastructure Advisory practice at Black & Veatch. His work covers strategy, project management, operations, exploration, and digital transformation, drawing on around 20 years of industry experience.

Raghu has delivered projects across strategy, policy formulation, mergers and acquisitions, portfolio optimization, asset management, and operations excellence. His earlier career covered oil and gas consulting at PwC Strategy and Deloitte, leading offerings across gas value chains, decarbonization, hydrogen, and CCUS, alongside exploration leadership at Shell.
