BIOGRAPHY

Kent Merrill is a naval architect with 30 years of experience in marine engineering. Over 18 years at OSG, Aptamus's sister company, his projects have included new construction of tank vessels, major conversions, and technology retrofits for regulatory compliance.

Kent managed the retrofit and commissioning of ballast water treatment systems across 19 vessels and 6 vessel classes throughout OSG's fleet. He currently serves as the Principal Investigator for a DOE-funded pre-FEED and FEED study on CO₂ processing terminals, liquefaction facilities, and purpose-built CO₂-carrying barges.
